Shred onion, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and wash well.

Heat the peeled flesh in an air fryer. It's good to heat a heated pan without putting oil on it.

Heat tortillas back and forth in an ungreased pan.

Spread mustard sauce on heated tortillas.

Put lettuce, cheese, and onions on top.

Finally, place chicken on top and roll with sriracha sauce.

Wrap it well with foil and it's done.
