[Bread dough] Put all the ingredients into a bowl and knead it smoothly for 20-25 minutes using your hands or a kneader.

First ferment in a warm place (40) for 50 minutes.

[Sweet potatoes] Crush the steamed sweet potato.

Add sugar and milk to mashed sweet potatoes and mix.

Divide the sweet potato filling into 7 pieces and make it round. Then wrap it up and leave it in the refrigerator until used.
