Wash and peel potatoes thoroughly and cut into the following shapes.

Place the fries in a microwave bowl, add mozzarella cheese, and microwave for about 4 minutes.

Mix 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and an appropriate amount of pepper in a bowl while you microwave it.

Take it out of the microwave, put the stir-fried bulgogi and kimchi on top, then chop the chives and put them on top.
