Bulgogi kimchi fried
I made a dish using potatoes!~ I think it'll be great for kids snacks or beer on the weekend!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash and peel potatoes thoroughly and cut into the following shapes.
STEP 2/8
Coat potatoes with potato starch or sweet potato starch.
STEP 3/8
Dice bulgogi and kimchi small and fry potatoes until golden brown.
STEP 4/8
While frying potatoes, season bulgogi with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a suitable amount of pepper, and bake it closely in a frying pan.
STEP 5/8
Grease a frying pan and stir-fry kimchi, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil.
STEP 6/8
Place the fries in a microwave bowl, add mozzarella cheese, and microwave for about 4 minutes.
STEP 7/8
Mix 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and an appropriate amount of pepper in a bowl while you microwave it.
STEP 8/8
Take it out of the microwave, put the stir-fried bulgogi and kimchi on top, then chop the chives and put them on top.
Finally, sprinkle with the sauce and hot sauce made in 8.
