Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop shiitake mushrooms and beat 2 eggs
STEP 2/6
Put sesame oil 1 in a pot and stir-fry shiitake mushrooms for 2 minutes. Then, add rice 1 and stir-fry
STEP 3/6
Pour 5 cups of anchovy broth and boil it while stirring so that it doesn't stick to the floor. Over medium heat
STEP 4/6
When the rice grains spread out
STEP 5/6
Add egg water and mix evenly. About 2 minutes
STEP 6/6
Season with soy sauce 1 and salt for the lack of seasoning. Lastly, add 1 sesame oil and wrap it up.
