STEP 1/13
First, make the broth. That's a complete shot! Add 1 liter of water, 10 anchovies, 2 kelp, and pollack heads and boil them over medium heat for 15 minutes!

Wash the bean sprouts in water and blanch them in a pot. Put bean sprouts in a pot and add water to it's not cooked well! Cook over medium heat until steaming. (Open the lid) When steaming begins, turn off the heat and let stand for another 5 minutes. Then the bean sprouts are done! Drain the cooked bean sprouts from the strainer tray. :)

I'm going to make you a salted shrimp sauce. Add 2 tablespoons of salted shrimp

Add 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder

Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to add savory taste.

Bean sprout soup seasoning is complete :)

Put rice in an earthen pot. (I used instant rice)

Put the bean sprouts on top

Just enough squid! It's delicious if you just use the squid legs and you can mix it's

Put the chili pepper and kimchi on top!

Add 1 tablespoon of salted shrimp sauce, please. You can't put everything in!! Please adjust it after tasting it.

When it starts to boil, add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and chopped green onions to add a deep taste!
STEP 13/13
Beat in an egg and simmer. Bean sprout rice soup is done!
* If you want a spicy scent, boil it all and add Cheongyang red pepper. For my parents who don't like spicy food, I put it in from the beginning and boiled it together to make it smell like pepper.
