Stir-fried octopus with sauce
Yesterday, I bought octopus after a long time and made stir-fried octopus. One of the always popular menus for my family, the one I made yesterday wasn't spicy, so the youngest also mixed rice with the sauce deliciously. I asked if the eldest child was too spicy, but it was okay that it wasn't spicy for the whole family to enjoy together.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Remove the eyes and mouth of the octopus, add flour, and knead it. Then, when the sticky energy disappears, the foreign substances on the sucker also fall off.

You have to parboil the clean octopus. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
STEP 3/10
Add the amount of seasoning and make the stir-fried octopus seasoning in advance. It's even better when the pepper flakes are melted. I ran out of soy sauce today, so I replaced it with anchovy sauce, so you can add soy sauce.

Blanch octopus in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
STEP 5/10
Peel the onion and cut it into bite-size pieces, slice the green onion sideways, cut the cabbage in half, and slice it sideways.
(I was going to prepare cabbage, but I forgot...)... I put in the cabbage that was in the refrigerator

Heat a thick, thick pan and stir-fry onions and cabbages.
STEP 7/10
Add 2/3 of the sauce for stir-fried octopus and stir-fry while mixing well. Mix it so it doesn't burn and stir-fry it well

Cut the blanched octopus into bite-sized pieces, mix well in the well-fried vegetables, and stir-fry with the remaining seasoning.
(If you stir-fry it for a long time, the octopus becomes tough, and the vegetables come out with a lot of water, so stir-fry it within 3-4 minutes.)
STEP 9/10
Add the slanted green onions and mix well, stir-fry for another minute and remove from heat.
STEP 10/10
Add the stir-fried sesame seeds and mix and place in a bowl.
