Cooking Steps

We need to prepare a big pot first. It's fun to eat it on the spot, but the hot pot has to look pretty. Choose a large pot and place the marinated beef in the gown. Put enoki mushroom, radish, green onion, minced garlic, cheongyang red pepper, red pepper, and crown daisy around it. Cut the fried tofu into small pieces and put it on top.

Meanwhile, the soup will naturally come out thicker, so you can put the soaked glass noodles in it. It's delicious even if you add kimchi and eat it spicy. If you add udon noodles, it's enough to make hot pot without rice
It's even better if you eat it with udon noodles and soaked noodles, then add rice, seaweed flakes, sesame oil, and drop an egg into porridge.
