A simple recipe for side dishes with tofu and soy sauce!
Today, Yuri's regular side dish, braised tofu and soy sauce! When I added stir-fried beef to my original recipe, the taste became richer.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut tofu into cubes that are easy for children to eat. If you tilt the cutting board slightly and sprinkle a little salt on it, it will be seasoned and the water will fall out and become hard, so it won't break easily even if you fry it.

While removing the tofu, make the sauce by adding 1/2 spoon of sugar, 4 soy sauce, 4 water, 1 minced garlic, 1 sesame oil, a little pepper, sesame seeds, and green onions.

I put in about 3 spoons of stir-fried beef this time.

Place canola oil and perilla oil in pan half and half.

Stir-fry tofu over high heat.

It tastes better when the surface is fully cooked!

Put the sauce in the fried tofu and boil it down for about 3 minutes. That's it!
If only adults eat it, I think it would be good to cut the amount of water in half and increase the amount of soy sauce to make it slightly salty!
