STEP 1/15
Chop the onion and prepare it.
STEP 2/15
Put the onion in the pan and stir-fry it with a lot of butter. Stir-fry it gently. Stir-fry over low heat, stirring slowly and well. I need time~~ Be patient and stir-fry the onions until they turn brown.
STEP 3/15
I added green onions and pepper to make it taste better.
Butter, onion and pepper go very well together. You don't need to season it now because we're going to use curry powder later.
STEP 4/15
Let's go into the interim check. The onion's breath is dying, and it's mixing with the butter. You have to stir-fry it more clearly here.
STEP 5/15
It's a dead onion. In order to make onion soup, stir-fry it until it turns brown more, and you can use it after removing a little bit for sandwiches.
STEP 6/15
Onions in butter!!! Put a little bit of it in the pan and stir-fry it again.
STEP 7/15
And you need bread, curry powder, eggs, cheddar cheese, and pizza cheese. The pizza cheese is square, so they prepared it after cutting it.
STEP 8/15
Place cheddar cheese on one side of the bread and pizza cheese on the other.
STEP 9/15
Put the stir-fried onion on one side of the pan.
STEP 10/15
Drop an egg on one side.
STEP 11/15
Then, beat the yolk with chopsticks, popping it all over and over again. You make scrambled eggs on the spot.
STEP 12/15
If scrambled enough, now mix it with stir-fried onions and stir-fry it together. Stir-fry quickly and quickly.
STEP 13/15
I didn't season it with pepper. Now, add curry powder to the liver. Add curry powder and stir-fry to blend well. After tasting it, add a little salt if it's bland.
STEP 14/15
Place the stir-fried onion on top of the bread. And put the sandwich back on the pan and bake it. Bake bread evenly back and forth and over low heat until cheese melts.
STEP 15/15
You can divide the sandwich using Mr. Baek's stir-fried onions into four pieces to make it easy to eat and put it on a complete plate.
It's a sandwich made of stir-fried onions. If you're worried about the greasiness, it's better to add hot sauce.
