STEP 1/7
Wash chickpeas thoroughly and soak them for at least 4 hours
STEP 2/7
I don't care if you peel the beans or cook them as they are: I've picked out the ones that came off on their own
STEP 3/7
Pour plenty of water into the pot
Boil the beans:
If you have kelp, please add it
STEP 4/7
Remove any bubbles in the middle of boiling the beans
STEP 5/7
Boil the beans for 15 to 20 minutes
Leave 1 or 2 cups of boiled beans
Pour it out and boil it down over low heat with soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, etc
STEP 6/7
Add sugar if necessary
Add the onion syrup
Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes
STEP 7/7
When it's all boiled down, turn off the heat and add honey (grain syrup, syrup) and sesame seeds to finish:
I usually put a lot of sesame oil, but I don't put it in because it's a side dish that I eat for a long time
When you use brewed soy sauce instead of seasoned soy sauce
Reduce the amount of brewed soy sauce, and the amount of water and sugar
Please stretch it out a bit longer
