Shrimp marinated crab... Soy sauce shrimp that is more delicious
I made shrimp marinated crab with the seasonal jumbo shrimp. I made it because Jaewon loves it so much...It's easier than I thought and more delicious than soy sauce marinated crab. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Pour 1500ml of 3 bottles of 500ml into the pot.
STEP 2/16
Slice onions, apples, pears, cheongyang peppers, garlic, and ginger. Wash the apples with vinegar and put them in with the skin.

Fill the dark soy sauce with a paper cup and prepare 2 cups as much as you can see in the picture.
STEP 4/16
Boil all the ingredients for marinated crab over medium heat. The 5 jujube tablets neutralize the salty taste of soy sauce and have a slightly sweet taste, so I added it additionally.
STEP 5/16
Turn to low heat after a short time and boil until pears and apples are lumpy. (Remove foam from time to time with the lid open) Boil for about 15 minutes and let cool completely.

It's raw jumbo shrimp. It's the best product for 25~26 animals per box. Wash it thoroughly and drain it from the sieve. Use scissors to cut off the beard and the mouth that sticks out.
STEP 7/16
Place the trimmed shrimp in a drainable container and store them in the fresh room. (Until the sauce cools down...)
STEP 8/16
Put shrimp in a hot sterilized airtight container one by one.

Pour the chilled marinated crab sauce on a fine sieve.

The shrimp is swollen enough to cover. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. (8 hours~) Refrigeration temperature 2 degrees

I make marinated crab sauce the next day. Put the shrimp in the refrigerator as it is.
STEP 12/16
Boil 2 green onions with white roots over low heat. After a short pause, remove the foam and boil for another 30 seconds before turning off the heat. Let it cool completely with green onions. So that it smells like green onions
STEP 13/16
Place the chilled marinated crab sauce in a fine sieve, remove the green onions, and pour the sauce back into the shrimp. This time, refrigerator fresh room -5 degrees...The meat of the shrimp gets sticky.
STEP 14/16
Sliced red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and white green onion are finely cut into 0.5cm squares or finely shredded into 3cm lengths.

You can pour the secondary sauce and eat it after 8 hours. Put the shrimp on a plate and pour a little sauce. And sprinkle the chopped spicy vegetables in the middle.
If you want a strong taste, eat it a week after making it.

It looks more delicious because I put 3 perilla leaves on it and put on the top of the top. (Color & Perilla leaf scent)
The reason why the order of putting it in the refrigerator is the first refrigerator and the second refrigerator is the fresh room...Place the first one in a refrigerator that is not too cold to soak in the sauce, and the second one in a fresh room at -5 degrees to make the shrimp's meat chewy. If you want to eat it for a long time...Take only the shrimp that has been aged for the second time, leave it in the freezer, and store the sauce in the freezer separately. When you eat, defrost the sauce, boil it, cool it, and pour it into the defrosted shrimp. When you leave it in the refrigerator, boil the sauce again in the middle, cool it down, and pour it in for more than 2 weeks.
