STEP 1/13
Let's start cooking kimchi stew with pork
I prepared pork with less oil on the front leg meat.
STEP 2/13
Half a tablespoon of garlic and pork
Add half a tablespoon of red pepper powder.
STEP 3/13
Add 0.5 tablespoon of sesame oil
I'll cook the meat a little bit
It's also called red pepper water.
And then
Add 2 ladles of kimchi soup
I'll stir-fry them.
Boil it rather than stir-fry it.
STEP 4/13
Stir-fry the pork and then add onions and stir-fry the onions together.
The meat tastes like kimchi, too
It also gives a sweet taste as the onions ripen.
STEP 5/13
When the pork is cooked
The white kimchi soup comes out.
Turn the heat down to low heat.
Prepare kimchi.
STEP 6/13
Not too long
Cut it to the point where it fits in one bite.
A cup of paper is good for kimchi.
STEP 7/13
It's boiled pork
Put kimchi in the pan and cook it's on medium heat
I'll stir-fry it a bit more.
STEP 8/13
When kimchi is out of course
STEP 9/13
Pour a ladle of kimchi soup and broth.
It would be nice to add anchovy broth or kelp and water together
I didn't prepare anything
I just added 600ml of water.
It's three cups of paper.
STEP 10/13
Turn the heat up again
Boil the pork kimchi stew.
STEP 11/13
When kimchi stew boils
Add 3 tablespoons of green onion and bring to a boil.
It's good to put tofu in this process.
I don't have tofu at home, so I'll pass it again
STEP 12/13
I put kimchi stew on it and did something else
It's boiled enough to make the green onion disappear.
You know that, right?
Pork kimchi stew is delicious when it boils!!
Please season it with sugar.
STEP 13/13
Even when I get out of the fire
Boiling and boiling
