Ingredients
  • glutinous rice flour
    1cup
  • Water
    1cup
  • Sugar
    3TS
  • potato starch
  • Ice cream
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar to 1 cup of glutinous rice flour,
STEP 2/8
Add a cup of water
STEP 3/8
Mix it well.
STEP 4/8
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then use a fork or chopstick to poke holes and microwave for 2-3 minutes!
STEP 5/8
Mix the dough taken out of the microwave well with a spoon, or pound it if you put water on the mortar using a mortar.
STEP 6/8
I'll put the kneaded dough on top of the starch.Spread the starch on the platter,
STEP 7/8
Spread out on top of dough, then divide evenly~
(I didn't know because it was my first time making it.Don't put starch on the top of the dough. It doesn't stick together.)
STEP 8/8
Put a spoonful of ice cream that you like on top of the dough and roll it! If you knead it in a circle!
If you keep the completed Chalddeok ice in the freezer for more than 30 minutes, it tastes so good!!! If you keep it in the freezer for a long time, it becomes hard! At that time, if you take it out at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes, it's really good!
