STEP 1/15
Chop the onions and put them in cold water.
STEP 2/15
I'm going to shred the cabbages.
STEP 3/15
I added flour 1: flour 1 to the dough. Pancake flour will be made of rice pancake powder and it will be a very crispy okonomiyaki.
STEP 4/15
Please put an egg in here.
STEP 5/15
Mix well so that it doesn't clump together.
STEP 6/15
Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 7/15
Put the onions in here.
STEP 8/15
Add the shredded potatoes. Add a lot to make the texture more lively. It's like the dough of Okonomiyaki.
STEP 9/15
And add cabbage.
STEP 10/15
Grease a heated pan and fry it in a circle. With potato salad, it becomes okonomiyaki with a light and good texture. It's just that the flour or the pancake mix is attached to each of the ingredients, and it feels like the potato salad is the basis of the dough.
STEP 11/15
When it's golden brown, flip it over and fry it. I can feel the crispy feeling on the outside because there is rice pancake powder in it.
STEP 12/15
Flip it over and fry it again. If you fry it back and forth until it's golden, it becomes crispy and delicious okonomiyaki. It's okonomiyaki using Korean-style potato salad.
STEP 13/15
Put the fried okonomiyaki on a kitchen towel and drain the oil.
STEP 14/15
Sprinkle some gas and chives on top of that. The more gas obushi, the better. I'm a powdery gas obushi, so I didn't become a living dancing gas obushi, but I still can taste it
STEP 15/15
Lastly, add mayonnaise
Add teriyaki sauce. If you don't have teriyaki sauce, you can use pork cutlet sauce or steak sauce. It's supposed to be sprinkled with green onion powder, but I didn't have it, so I sprinkled seaweed powder at the end.
