Make the sauce with soy sauce, water, cooking wine, sugar, pepper, ginger powder, and crushed garlic.

Cut the green onions and cheongyang peppers into small pieces.

Cook the scaly sea bream on low heat in an oiled pan and cook both sides.

When the sea bream is done, put green onions and cheongyang peppers on top.

Pour in the sauce and cook over low heat.

Turn the sea bream upside down so that it doesn't break, so that the seasoning is cut evenly. If the sauce boils down and feels sticky, it's done.
When you buy sea bream, you can ask the fish store to remove the scales. If you can't eat spicy food, please take out Cheongyang chili.
