Ingredients: 1 layer green onion, 6 spoons of glutinous rice powder, 1 cup water
Seasoning ingredients: 10 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 cup of anchovy sauce, 4 spoons of plum extract, 1 spoon of sesame seeds
Measurement is based on rice spoon and paper cup.

Prepare the chives by trimming them clean and washing them in running water.

Drain the washed chives through a strainer.

Making glutinous rice paste
Prepare 6 spoons of glutinous rice flour and 1 cup of water.

Put 1 cup of water in a pot and add 6 spoons of glutinous rice flour and mix well using a whisk.
When the concentration thickens, turn off the heat and cool down.

Prepare 1 cup of anchovy sauce

In a large bowl, let the white part of the chives go down and pour 1 cup of anchovy sauce.

Marinate for about 30 minutes, and stir it every 10 minutes so that it can be evenly marinated.
