Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
I prepared vegetables that would be good to stir-fry with kimchi seasoning that was frozen in the freezer. I prepared onions, paprika, pine mushrooms, and green onions.

Put a little bit of oil on a heated pan and stir-fry the kimchi seasoning first
As soon as the meat color changes, pour the prepared vegetables and stir-fry them together.

Add more pepper and stir-fry it.

When the pork belly is cooked, it's done. It's even better if you cut paprika into big pieces and make it more chewy. You can cut vegetables that are similar to pork belly.

Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
