Homemade food Mr. Baek's curry udon application I make super sim
Hello, I'm a young wanderer, Faith. You don't want to cook, but you want to eat it deliciously, right? Today, I brought a very simple dish that I made myself. It's a dish that uses 'curry udon' from Chef Baek.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chef's Kick from the start! [Chef's kick that's not in Baek's recipe] You know, you have bread crumbs at home? As it is an ultra-simple noodle dish without ingredients, I used breadcrumbs to make it more fun to chew and taste. In fact, you don't have to take time to cook the bread crumbs over one fire during the time the noodles are cooked and boiled down. Oh, and if you have bacon at home, cut it in a size similar to breadcrumbs and stir-fry it in a 1:1 ratio to make it a more delicious topping. (Ham is okay too~)
STEP 2/9
You can make it look like this Add about a ton of food and the breadcrumb will give it a little more flavor :) - take advantage of the time the noodles are cooked and boiled!
STEP 3/9
Put the noodles in boiling water and strain them through a sieve when they boil.(There is no need to parboil the finished udon noodles, but please parboil the noodles once because they are raw.)
STEP 4/9
Boil 2C (240ml) of milk and curry powder (spicy, mild, brand to taste).
STEP 5/9
When the milk boils, add the blanched noodles to 1. and boil it down for about 2 minutes. (If you want a spicy taste here, Cheongyang red pepper~)
STEP 6/9
Already? It's done. Add the bread crumbs that are made with kicks
STEP 7/9
Doesn't it look like a gangster considering it was made in 3 minutes?
STEP 8/9
It's an upgraded version that's more delicious than the one from Chef Baek~~
STEP 9/9
I thought it was just creamy 3-minute curry, but it tasted much more luxurious than I thought. Milk and curry powder are all that went in.. In comparison, it tastes ridiculous! If you like cream pasta, I'm sure you'll like it no matter what. And it's just delicious, but it's my Kick! It's crispy and stuck to the noodles, so it's fun to chew, so it played a role in the peak of the fire dragon. And it's not because I post beer.. It can be a little cheesy, so if you add a glass of cold beer, it will be a fantastic combination.
You don't need super simple tips If you add bread crumbs, which is the chef's kick, it adds to the icing on the cake
