Spicy stir-fried clams

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare 400g of clams, 1 onion, 3 cheongyang peppers, 5 garlic, and 1/2 green onion
STEP 2/8
Shred the green onions, onions, and cheongyang peppers and chop the garlic

Put clams, shredded vegetables, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder in a pan

Stir-fry pepper powder to mix well with clams
STEP 5/8
If you stir-fry it for about 5 minutes, the clam shell will open
Close the lid

Cook for 5 minutes or so with a thick lid

When the clam shell is completely open, add the chopped green onions
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add pepper powder and stir-fry
I've already used sea clams, but if you pour cold water enough to submerge the clams, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, and leave it for 10 to 20 minutes, you can remove the foreign substances quickly due to the strong acidity of vinegar
