STEP 1/20
It's the ingredient for sesame.
I don't have bean powder, so I use mixed grain powder
It's better to put sesame seeds and sugar in a 1:1.
Soybean flour adds flavor and helps to stick together.
STEP 2/20
You can just use the sesame as a whole, but..
If you grind it and use it, the savory taste of the sesame seeds doubles
When you bite Songpyeon, the sesame doesn't turn around.
Let the kids grind it
(laughs)
Min is like an aja...;;;;;
You don't have to grind it finely. Just half of it
STEP 3/20
When the sesame seeds are ground, add all the ingredients and mix them evenly.
Kkaeso is simply done
Where do they sell that much sesame in the songpyeon
(laughs)
And the sugar is organic unrefined sugar..
It's the best songpyeon, right?
STEP 4/20
Making chestnuts.
Should I buy chestnuts, boil them, and spread them...And then...
It's hard
Eat the chestnuts!!
[Laughing]
STEP 5/20
Crushing chestnuts
Guys~~Wake up at night~
I like it. LOL
STEP 6/20
Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the mashed chestnut and clump it together.
STEP 7/20
You can rest well at night, so wear gloves and make it round.
You can mash it so that one songpyeon goes in.
STEP 8/20
Two Songpyeon sauces were simply made.
Let's eat that chestnut one by one...
The amount has decreased.
(laughs)
This kind of fun
STEP 9/20
The spicy rice powder was ground from the mill.
You can buy dry rice powder but...
It's better to grind it in the mill and eat it.
STEP 10/20
Put the ground rice powder on a sieve.
Add a spoonful of lukewarm water, which is about the body temperature, to the finely chopped rice flour and make the dough.
If you rub it a lot, it gets more chewy.
The amount of water depends on the condition of the rice powder...
You can't measure it.
We have to decide while watering each other...^^
Add purple sweet potato powder, sweet pumpkin powder, and mugwort powder to each batter to color.
STEP 11/20
Roll the dough together into a long roll.
Rang helped me
STEP 12/20
white dough
Pink dough (purple sweet potato powder)
Yellow dough (sweet pumpkin powder)
Green dough (mucchini powder)
Let's all gather together and make it long
Put it in a tray and cover it with wet cotton cloth so that it doesn't dry out!
STEP 13/20
It took some time to knead, but...
I'm ready to make songpyeon.
STEP 14/20
I'll keep the dough covered with cotton cloth
Use a knife to cut a piece of songpyeon.
STEP 15/20
Put the dough in a circle, dig it in the middle, and put the filling on top
You can make it into a songpyeon shape.
I haven't made songpyeon in years
STEP 16/20
a pumpkin shape
Strawberry shape
The shape of the lips
The shape of a snowman
There are different cows on both sides of the snowman. lol
STEP 17/20
Little honey
Songpyeon in various shapes were made.
Hearts/stars/corn/flowers/basketball/fried eggs/shells/spins/dungs...
[Laughing]
Songpyeon sauce doesn't go into the rice cake..
The kid's idea that he can stay outside
(laughs)
That's why I make songpyeon at home
STEP 18/20
Steam songpyeon in a steaming steamer.
It'll take about 10 to 15 minutes
STEP 19/20
Rinse the steamed songpyeon in cold water.
That's how it becomes sticky songpyeon.
STEP 20/20
Rinse the songpyeon in cold water with a bit of sesame oil
Full of songpyeon in various shapes!
Wow...It's really good.
The best, the best. LOL
If the rice dough in the middle of making songpyeon seems a little dry, you can dip your fingers in water to make it.^^
