Simple way to make ssamjang / Making ssamjang at home
I want to eat cabbage wraps, but it's still an elementary student's taste, so I have to dip it in sauce But I don't have ssamjang at home, so I decided to make homemade ssamjang! It's such a waste of time to buy and eat while making it' It's much better than buying it, so I'm going to introduce it to you ^^ It's embarrassing to call it cooking, but I hope you make it delicious!

  • red pepper paste

  • crushed garlic

  • Oligosaccharide
    1TS
  • plum extract
    1TS
  • Sesame oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
1.5 to 2 tablespoons of soybean paste,
STEP 2/5
Please make the basic seasoning with 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste.
I think you can make it more delicious if you use the ratio of doenjang2 : gochujang1!
(If you don't have red pepper paste, it's okay to use red pepper powder.)
STEP 3/5
1 tablespoon of minced garlic,
STEP 4/5
1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide,
STEP 5/5
Add 1 tablespoon plum extract, a little bit of sesame oil, and a little bit of sesame salt
If you mix it well, you're done!
(If you don't have plum juice, you can skip it!)
Add nuts, onions, carrots, and pumpkins to make a luxurious ssamjang I think it'd be good to make it.
