Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I'll prepare a piece of ripe kimchi.
STEP 2/10
Rinse it several times in water and soak it in rice water or water for more than 30 minutes to remove the saltyness.
STEP 3/10
Cut the drained ripe kimchi into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/10
Cut the green onions into small pieces.
STEP 5/10
Add chopped green onions to 5T of perilla oil and stir-fry until foam forms.

Stir-fry ripe kimchi and sugar. You can taste it and add or subtract sugar. I put in 3T.
STEP 7/10
Add 1T of bean powder and mix.
STEP 8/10
Add 1T of red pepper powder and mix.
STEP 9/10
Add 1T of red pepper paste and stir-fry it to make it taste better.
STEP 10/10
Turn off the heat, add sesame seeds and 1T of oligosaccharide, and mix them well.
If you want to eat it refreshingly, please take out the red pepper paste.
