Making pollack pancakes! (Korean pancake, fish pancake)
A few days ago, my acquaintance sent me a lot of well-prepared pollack tongpo to use during the Chuseok holiday. Thanks to that, I had fun making pollack with the staff after a long time. Of course, you take the pollack that you float home. ^ ^

  • frozen pollack
    800g
  • egg
    3ea
  • Flour
  • turmeric
    1/2ts
  • parsley powder
    1TS
  • Cheongju
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Cooking oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'll sprinkle rice wine for a while for Dongtaepo
Drain on a kitchen towel.

Season drained pollack with salt and pepper.

Put turmeric powder in the flour,
Beat in eggs, add parsley powder and mix.

Pour oil into a heated pan with oil,
