Oh, side dishes. Stir-fried beef and potatoes
Since I heard from my food stylist that potatoes are good for immunity, I have been cooking potatoes often for Yuri, who is 30 months. Today is super simple stir-fried potatoes using stir-fried beef. It's not salty because it's a side dish for children, so it'd be good to increase the amount of soy sauce if adults want to increase the amount of soy sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I cut the potato into small pieces for my child to eat, so I dipped it in water for a while and drained the starch. My mind goes back and forth, so I don't think about posting until I start frying it ^^;; Add 1 spoon of oil to the drained potatoes and stir-fry over low heat.
STEP 2/4
Please add me to the stir-fried beef.
STEP 3/4
Add 1/2 spoonful of low-salt soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of brewed soy sauce, and 1 spoonful of oligosaccharide and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
STEP 4/4
Wrap it up with green onions and sesame seeds!
Do not take the potatoes out immediately when you stir-fry them, but put the lid on and leave them for about 10 minutes to cook them properly. When you cook stir-fried potatoes, you can make delicious potato dishes without hesitation^^ If you cook it for too long, the potatoes will crumble, so it looks good and tastes good!
