Combine dried burdock, lotus root, bean, radish and guzija in 8 cups of water
Add about 15 grams and bring to a boil

Vegetable water is boiled with burdock tea, lotus root tea, bean tea, radish tea, which is common these days
You can eat braised soybean paste tofu on top of rice
