STEP 1/17
Prepare dried pollack and anchovies at home.
STEP 2/17
Stir-fry anchovies and dried pollack in a pot to remove the fishy taste.
STEP 3/17
Add chopped green onions and radish.
(You can add onions, kelp, green onion roots, and garlic.)
STEP 4/17
Add water and boil the broth over medium heat.
(I boiled it in a commercial gas stove in the warehouse.)
STEP 5/17
From the top, lower the heat and let out the broth.
STEP 6/17
I'm preparing a garnish.
I'm going to stir-fry it in perilla oil to make it.
STEP 7/17
Chop the onions and carrots, please.
Cut the chives into the same length as carrots and onions.
(If you want to boil the noodles separately from the broth, boil the water now.)
Please cut the pickled radish a little thinner than the carrot.
STEP 8/17
Place perilla oil in pan over medium heat.
STEP 9/17
Add chopped chives and stir-fry them.

STEP 13/17
Add onions and carrots and stir-fry them together.
STEP 14/17
After preparing the garnish, boil the noodles in boiling water and wash them in cold water
Drain on a strainer tray.
(You can leave it out and boil it in the broth.)
STEP 15/17
Remove the ingredients from the well-boiled broth and add sand lance extract.
(I prepared sand lance extract by boiling it once with sand lance extract because it's real salted fish, not for commercial use.)
STEP 16/17
I cut the fish cake long.
I cut it long so that it can be caught with noodles.
Taste the broth. If it's bland, add soy sauce, salt, or sand lance extract.
STEP 17/17
Prepare banquet noodles with stir-fried vegetables, pickled radish, egg garnish, and seaweed in boiled noodles.
(You can prepare the sauce and eat it together.)
It's delicious with ripe kimchi, too :)
I liked the vegetables more because they tasted crunchy. :)
It's also delicious if you eat it with green onion kimchi or mustard kimchi :)
I think it would be good to boil a pot of broth and eat it as a snack or late-night snack during the holidays!
I added whale fish cake with leftover stock and boiled fish cake soup and ate it with the remaining kimbap :)
My mom likes it because it's neat and cuts the liver easily when I put sand lance extract in it!
Dad liked the texture of the garnish and the vegetables being chewed
