Pork ribs with soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pork ribs are soaked in cold water to remove blood.
When the blood runs out, throw it away and soak it in cold water again.
STEP 2/7
I put enough water to soak pork ribs in a pot, dissolve soybean paste, and boil 2 bay leaves.
STEP 3/7
When the water boils, add the pork ribs and cook until the redness on the surface is gone.
When the redness disappears, throw away the boiled water and wash the pork ribs in running cold water.
It's the process of removing impurities.

Put the pork ribs in a pot (take out the Wolgye tree leaves)

Marinate in pre-made soy sauce seasoning (soy sauce, sugar, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, sesame oil, and pepper) for about 20 minutes.
