Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, add 4T of water, 1/2T of sugar, 3T of mirin, and 1/4T of salt, mix well, and strain.
STEP 2/4
Grease a pan with cooking oil and make rolled egg and cut it at 1cm intervals.
STEP 3/4
