STEP 1/9
Soak 1/2 cup water (based on 4 servings) in 2.5 cup water for 10 minutes based on paper cups.
STEP 2/9
When the seaweed is soaked, put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pot and turn on medium heat!!
STEP 3/9
Add the soaked seaweed. Cut the big seaweed with scissors and stir-fry it. Stir-fry until the seaweed color gets lighter!*Be careful because seaweed may splash if there is too much oil, too much fire, or if the pot is thin.*
STEP 4/9
When the seaweed color is light, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 5/9
Add 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic. As the soy sauce in the soup boils down, it takes away the fishy taste of seaweed and enhances the flavor. :)
STEP 6/9
Add 7 cups of water based on paper cups!
STEP 7/9
Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and season to taste
STEP 8/9
Boil it once, cool it once, and boil it again, and you can eat seaweed soup that tastes even deeper!
STEP 9/9
Ta-da! Clear seaweed soup is done :) It was so good considering it was boiled without meat As expected, Baek Ju-bu is the best!!
Boil it once, cool it once, and boil it again to make the seaweed soup taste deeper. ^^ Seaweed soup tastes better as it boils^^*
