STEP 1/9
Mr. Jongwon Baek says you can skip mushrooms, but.. But I think it's good if you put it in... Beef brisket and pork are all available for meat. I used the leftover beef brisket after grilling it.
STEP 2/9
I cut the potatoes into appropriate sizes, cut the zucchini into half-moon slices, and cut the onions into thick pieces.
STEP 3/9
Slice green onions, green and red peppers sideways, and tear mushrooms into strands.
STEP 4/9
I put chili oil in the pot and stir-fried beef brisket. For Jongwon Baek seeds, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder were added and stir-fried over low heat to make chili oil.. I used 2 tablespoons of chili oil simply because there was commercial chili oil.
STEP 5/9
Add the broth and bring to a boil. Usually, anchovies, kelp, and vegetable stock are made in large quantities and frozen in the freezer... This summer, even if it's hot, it's too hot. I just used commercially available stew broth.
STEP 6/9
Add red pepper paste and red pepper powder
STEP 7/9
I put in the potatoes and boiled them. I think we need time for potatoes to cook, so please put the potatoes in first and cook them.
STEP 8/9
Boil onion, zucchini, minced garlic, season with soy sauce and fish sauce.. The lack of liver was supplemented with salt.
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add green onions, peppers, and mushrooms and boil them.. I gave it to you.
If you want a spicy stew flavor, use chili oil.. If you want a deep-flavored stew.. Try adding a little bit of fish sauce.^^
