Making peach jam! Took care of the bad peaches!!
I made a lot of jam this summer. At first, I introduced the recipe using Jampot. When I got Jampot.. I didn't throw away the tasteless fruit and made it all into jam.Homemade jam is popular these days.. It's quite expensive, so... I think there's a good reason to make jam in this heat. Thinking that I made jam in this heat.. I feel so proud of myself.It's cumbersome and you need to be next to each other for a long time to complete the peach jam... If the whole family eats deliciously.. It's not that hard

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I put water and an airtight glass container in a pot and boiled it to disinfect it. You have to be careful not to get burned

Peaches were prepared only peeled and seeded pulp.

Since the peach itself is so bad, we added frozen pineapples and lemons that can supplement the sourness and sweetness. It's delicious even if you add frozen mangoes together. I tried to treat a bad peach, but it got bigger.

Peaches and pineapples are ground in a blender.

Boil ground peaches, pineapples, and sugar in a blender in a jampot or a high pot. The jam pops up later, so a high pot is good.

I've removed the foam that comes from boiling. Turn it down to medium heat.. Stir in the middle so that the peach jam doesn't stick to the floor. When the jam is almost finished, the splashing phenomenon becomes severe when the concentration becomes thick, so make sure to stir with rubber gloves on. When it boils, wash the lemon thoroughly, cut it in half and squeeze the lemon juice. Sift the lemon juice in advance to prevent the seeds from entering. Lemon seeds have a bitter taste, so you must filter them out.

When you lift the spatula, it doesn't flow like water, but when it falls.. Do a drop test in cold water. If it doesn't spread in water, it's the right concentration. Actually, if you boil it down too much, it can be too hard when it's stored in the refrigerator... Keep that in mind.

When the jam is hot, put it in an airtight container and turn it upside down to become a vacuum. It's not that hard to make jam, but.. There's a risk of burns.. If you're careful about this part, you can make healthy jam at home.
It's better if you use peaches that taste very bland... It tastes much better if you add frozen pineapples or mangoes in here. I think jam tastes better when it tastes a bit sour. And it's better to use cheap frozen fruits when making jam.
