Corn salad turned into dressing noodles! Corn Tuna Noodle Salad
It is a recipe inspired by corn salad, and I added mustard to mayonnaise to make it look like French dressing. The texture of the crunchy cucumber, savory corn, fresh onions, and spicy Cheongyang red pepper make you never get tired of it.

Cooking Steps

Wash cucumbers, divide them into quarters, remove the seeds, dice them to a size of 0.8cm, sprinkle salt, and marinate them for 10 minutes.

Wash red onions and cheongyang peppers and chop them finely.

Sieve tuna and corn.

Mix mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and oriental sauce well to make sauce.

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes and 30 seconds, rinse them in cold water, drain them, and put them in a bowl.
