Teppanyaki, stir-fried noodles with grilled meat
It is a menu that uses beef noodle soup with the concept of Depanyaki, a dish that stir-fry various ingredients on an iron plate on the spot. The point is to stir-fry vegetables and noodles over high heat.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, and cabbage and cut them into 1~6cm sizes.
STEP 2/7
Wash the zucchini, cut it into quarters, remove the seeds, and cut it into 1*6cm sizes.

Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, rinse them in cold water, and drain them.

Mix 4g of butter, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, red pepper powder, and beef noodle powder.

Put cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry 1 and 2 over high heat.

Add noodles and 4 and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame oil.
