Seaweed pesto ramen
Pesto is a sauce made by grinding fresh basil, garlic, nuts, and cheese with olive oil. The harmony of Shin Ramyun, which is eaten with pesto made simply with seaweed instead of basil, is fresh.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the clams in salt water, remove them, put them in 500ml of water, and boil them until their mouths open to make broth.
STEP 2/6
Stir-fry sesame oil and minced garlic in a pot, then add soaked seaweed and stir-fry over medium heat for another minute.
STEP 3/6
Add 1 stock to 2 and simmer until it boils in half.
STEP 4/6
Grind 3 finely using a hand blender.
STEP 5/6
Boil 550ml of water, add noodles, powder soup, and flakes together, boil for another 4 minutes and 30 seconds, and place in a bowl.
STEP 6/6
Put seaweed pesto on top.
If you put the clam meat in pesto and grind it together, it can get dry, so be careful!!
