Cooking Steps

Add shredded onions and oyster mushrooms to bulgogi and season with pepper, minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil

Blanch the udon noodles in boiling water
STEP 3/3
Stir-fry 1 bulgogi and 2 noodles in an oiled pan
Bulgogi tastes better if you marinate it in advance. There's a stir-fry process, so blanch the udon noodles slightly
