Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Boil the udon noodles in boiling water and rinse them in cold water.
STEP 2/4
Cut pork belly into 3cm pieces, cut garlic stems into 5cm pieces, and shred onions sideways.
STEP 3/4
Grill pork belly in a heated pan, stir-fry onions and garlic stems, and then mix them well with miso sauce.
STEP 4/4
Add udon noodles to 3 and stir-fry them to mix evenly.
If pork belly is too much, boil chicken and use it.
