Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Wash the onions and chop them into 0.3cm thick pieces.
STEP 2/9
Wash the green onions and slice them diagonally to 0.3cm thick.
STEP 3/9
Squeeze the soup of ripe kimchi, cut it 0.5cm wide, and season it with minced garlic, sugar, and sesame oil.
STEP 4/9
Break the egg and mix it with water and Shin Ramen powder.
STEP 5/9
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and remove them.
STEP 6/9
Heat the pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the onions.
STEP 7/9
When the onions are cooked, add 3 ripe kimchi and stir-fry.
STEP 8/9
When onions and ripe kimchi are combined, pour 4 and turn the pan to spread.

When 8 is 2/3 cooked, stir-fry 5 noodles and add green onions to finish.
