Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Cut the tofu into 2x2x2cm pieces, trim the roots of the spinach and wash it thoroughly in running water.
STEP 2/3
When the water boils, add powder soup, noodles, cocktail shrimp, tofu, and spinach and boil for 3 minutes.
STEP 3/3
Season with fish sauce, salt and pepper to finish.
