STEP 1/4
Remove eggs from refrigerator for 30 minutes in advance. That way, the eggs don't break and boil well. ^^

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Keep the heat medium. When the water starts to boil, add the eggs and simmer for 9 minutes for soft-boiled eggs and 15 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.

I hate soft-boiled eggs, so I always eat them hard-boiled. I set a timer for 15 minutes from when the water started boiling and waited for it :)
After it boils, put it in cold water for about 5 minutes! That way, it won't break and peel well.
STEP 4/4
It's cooked well, right? If you're on a diet like me, take out the yolk and eat the white part^^
1. Make sure to heat it over medium heat 2. When the water starts to boil, soft-boiled for 9 minutes and hard-boiled for 15 minutes. 3. As soon as you take it out, soak it in cold water! If you keep these three things, there's no failure in egg cooking :)
