Organizing the refrigerator! Stir-fried Spam with Enoki Mushroom
It's stir-fried enoki mushroom spam with the enoki mushroom that was taking up the place in the refrigerator and the remaining spam. :)

Ingredients
  • enoki mushroom
    1pack
  • canned ham
    3-4piece
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Cooking oil
    1T
  • Salt
    0.5t
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please prepare enough ingredients.
Prepare enoki mushrooms by cutting the bottom and washing them, and shred the spam and onions.
STEP 2/5
Add 1T of oil to the pan and stir-fry onions on high heat for about 1 minute
STEP 3/5
Then add enoki mushrooms, add 0.5t of salt, mix well, and stir-fry enoki mushrooms until they die.
STEP 4/5
When enoki mushroom dies, add spam and stir-fry for about 2 minutes more minutes.
STEP 5/5
To finish, add pepper and mix it again. Salt for the lack of seasoning, please.
