Marinate the fan meat with 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce for a while. Teriyaki Sauce: 8 soy sauce, 4 sugar, 4 rice wine, 3 vinegar, 1 minced garlic, 1 sesame oil, 1 oligosaccharide, 0.3 tbsp ginger powder (based on rice spoon), add 2 to 3 times the amount of seasoning for 1/4 cups of water, boil it once, and leave it in the refrigerator.
