My family who like gimbap. This time, I made flying fish roe-maki in a simple and easy Japanese style They call it hand-rolled gimbap, demaki or hand roll, instant gimbap. You can add your favorite ingredients and put flying fish roe on it. It's much easier than gimbap. It's good to make flying fish roe. It's delicious

Ingredients
  • roasted seaweed
  • Wasabi
  • Flying Fish Roe
  • Radish sprouts
  • the meat inside a razor clam
  • Pickled radish
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Mix mixed vinegar (vinegar 2: sugar 1: a little salt) in warm rice and drain it. Wash radish sprouts in running water, drain, chop pickled radish into small pieces, tear crab meat, and prepare two kinds of flying fish roe
STEP 2/4
Cut the dried seaweed in half and put a spoon and a half of rice on the side, and put wasabi on it
STEP 3/4
Add radish, crab sticks, and pickled radish and roll it into a cone shape
STEP 4/4
Lastly, if you put the flying fish roe on top, it's over
