Earl Grace Cone. Earl Grey Chocolate Chip scones
I really like scones, so I made it with an earlgrity bag that suddenly caught my eye while preparing the ingredients :)

Ingredients
  • whole wheat flour
    300g
  • black tea
    3ea
  • Butter
    37g
  • Sugar
    37g
  • Salt
    2g
  • Baking powder
    9g
  • Milk
    173g
  • Chocolate chip
    2handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Chechin powder (whole wheat flour + B).P)Add Earl Grey powder, sugar, and salt and mix them evenly.
STEP 2/9
Add the cold butter and mix with a scraper, cutting into small grains.
STEP 3/9
Create an empty space in the middle, pour cold milk and start kneading.
STEP 4/9
When the dough starts to clump up to a certain extent, add chocolate chips, knead a little more, and finish.
STEP 5/9
Refrigerate the finished dough for more than 30 minutes.
STEP 6/9
After finishing the tissue, cut the dough into the desired shape, pan it, and apply milk to the top.
STEP 7/9
Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Remove the scones until golden brown.
STEP 9/9
If you let it cool enough in a cooling net, Earl Grey Chocolate Chip Scones are complete :)
You don't have to order tissue, but it would be nice, right?
