STEP 1/13
Peel 4 potatoes, divide them into 4 pieces, and put them in cold water

When using a microwave..Cover a sheet of paper foil for 4 to 5 minutes

Sugar is also possible if there is no condensed milk. Condensed milk goes into potato salad and egg roll...It tastes much sweeter than sugar.
