Making ginger syrup!
Because of my husband's cold, I made a crystal fruit and left a bit of ginger! Minced ginger for food is sufficient in the freezer, so it is made of ginger syrup. I regret that I should have bought more ginger because it's not enough. While you're fixing it and boiling it, make it in 10 minutes!

Ingredients
  • Ginger
  • brown sugar
Cooking Steps

Slice the ginger thinly. Ready!

Add the equivalent amount of sugar. I'm a bad housewife!!! I adjusted the ratio by eye measurement

Mix ginger and sugar and put it on one side and disinfect the glass bottle in boiling water. The sugar melted quickly because of the small amount.

Put ginger mixed with sugar in a glass bottle and cover the top with another sprinkle of sugar.

Ginger syrup is done! Leave it at room temperature for 1 to 2 days and go to the refrigerator. Well, the amount was so small that I left it for half a day and put it in the refrigerator.
