  • Soybean paste

  • crushed garlic

  • Seasoned salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Sieve tuna to drain the oil.
STEP 2/6
Chop the onion.
STEP 3/6
Add cooking oil to frying pan and stir-fry onion, salt and pepper until onion is cooked.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry tuna without oil and ground garlic again.
STEP 5/6
Add red pepper paste and soybean paste.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry it on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Commercial gochujang is sweet, so I didn't add sugar, but if you prefer sweet, add about 1 ton of sugar.
