STEP 1/5
Cut back ribs into bite-sized pieces and put them in cold water to drain blood, rinse them clean, and drain them.
STEP 2/5
Put the prepared back ribs in a large pot, add 1 green onion, 1/2 side of onion, 1 ton of ginger, 5 garlic, 1 tablespoon of whole pepper, 1/2 cup of cooking wine, and water and boil for about 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 3/5
Add the ingredients and make the sauce for the back ribs.
*It's better to grind pineapples or pears that have a softening effect and reduce the amount of oligosaccharides and sugar.
STEP 4/5
Drain the boiled back ribs on a sieve, mix them evenly in the sauce, put them in an airtight container or zipper bag, and marinate them in the seasoning for more than 8 hours.
*Put the seasoning in a zipper bag and let it sleep, and take it to the camping site to grill it easily.
STEP 5/5
Grill the seasoned back ribs well so that they don't burn on charcoal.
If you grill it at home, it's delicious even if you bake it in an oven or a pan.
