STEP 1/9
Wash the cabbage and cut it into 0.5cm*4cm lengths.

Wash the carrots and cut them into 0.3cm*4cm lengths.

Cut bacon into 2cm pieces.

Wash the whole garlic and slice it into pieces.

Mix 50ml of water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and 4g of powder soup.

Put 5ml of cooking oil in a pan and fry eggs.

When 550ml of water is boiled in a pot, add 6.5g of noodles, powder soup, and flakes, boil for 2 minutes, and then strain only the noodles through a sieve.

Stir-fry 15ml of cooking oil in a pan in the order of garlic, bacon, and cabbage, then add 5 sauce on the side of 7 and stir-fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 9/9
Place noodles in a bowl, place fried eggs, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
You may add a little bit of katsuobushi.
