I've never tried Vietnamese Banseo, but I copied the recipe
Hello~~~ I'm going to cook Vietnamese food today~~~ Actually, I haven't tried it either, but I looked it up on NAVER and imitated it~~~ I've never tried it before, so what does a properly made Vietnamese Bansseo taste like? I'm curious~~ The taste of the fake BANXEO that I made was just as good~~ Ban xeo is called Vietnamese omelet and it has vegetables, meat, seafood, etc It's a half-moon shaped dish with various ingredients~~ It's a dish that you can easily taste at street stalls in Vietnam~~~ It's similar to the egg dumpling I made recently~~~ Egg dumplings are made of eggs with glass noodles Vietnam's Bansseo is made of rice flour and vegetables, meat, and seafood I think I can make it~ It's made by kneading rice flour with turmeric powder and eggs It's similar to Korean pajeon~~~ I just made it with the ingredients at home~~ I didn't even put pork in it, but I just put in vegetables such as shrimp and bean sprouts~~

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
I prepared shredded paprika~~
I used the one I left in the freezer after blanching the cocktail shrimp~~
STEP 2/14
Pour some water into the rice powder and mix it. Then, add turmeric powder
I added 2 eggs and mixed them well~~~
STEP 3/14
Put some olive oil on the pan and stir-fry minced garlic
Put the blanched shrimp, chicken breast, bean sprouts, and all the vegetables
I added a little bit of soy sauce to season it~~~
Lastly, I added a little bit of sesame oil and pepper and mixed it well~~~
STEP 4/14
When it's half-cooked, put the rice flour dough in a pan and fry it until it's golden brown
I put the stir-fried ingredients on top and folded it in half~~~
STEP 5/14
Make a half-moon shape, scoop out a spoon, and fry it
I put the fried ingredients on top~~~
STEP 6/14
It's good if you cut the half of it with a knife and dip it in the sauce
Even if I don't take it, I thought it was just right, so I just ate it~~~~
STEP 7/14
I don't think I'll be able to eat a slice for breakfast~~
No, it's because I eat a lot, but if you eat a small amount
I think that's enough for breakfast~~~
STEP 8/14
I enjoyed the crunchiness of bean sprouts, chicken breast, and shrimp~~~
I've never tried Vietnamese food before, so I don't know what it tastes like
It's a taste that suits my taste just by itself~~~
STEP 9/14
Can you see? The host is chewy and crunchy~~~
I like bean sprouts, so I added a lot~~~
STEP 10/14
I like the pungent taste that you can chew with hot pepper~~
When I make it next time, I'll add more chili peppers~~~
STEP 11/14
I bought fish sauce to make this~~~
I wanted to taste the fish sauce, so I didn't add anything else, just a little bit of Cheongyang chili~~~
STEP 12/14
I think the kids will be able to eat well~~
Vietnam's Bansseo, where you can enjoy your husband's side dish as a snack for children
I've never seen it before or tried it, but I found a recipe and made it
I don't know which flavor is real~~~
STEP 13/14
I used cocktail shrimp at home
If you put in a big shrimp, it'll be much more luxurious and delicious~~
STEP 14/14
Paprika... If you put in a lot of vegetables, it's good to chew
I think it'll be a great snack and meal replacement~~~
Vietnamese food that I made for the first time
I found it on NAVER and copied it~~~~
If I have a chance, I think I should eat out to eat Vietnamese BAN XEO~~~
I made it with 2 eggs, so I was able to enjoy the savory taste~~~
